The program provides a voucher for use at First Baptist Church's food pantry. Applicants can visit Caritas up to three times a year. Hours are Monday-Friday, 9:00 am – 11:00 am.

Church of the Palms

Food pantry. Referral from United Way Suncoast 211 is required.

Food Pantry Friday 9:00 am - 2:00 pm.

Friendship Baptist Church

Food distribution on the 2nd and 4th Tuesdays of the month 10:30 am-12:00 Noon. Call for information.

Gracelife Food Pantry – Nightlife Center

Offers a food pantry including canned goods, meats, dairy, and available produce on Thursday night from 5:30 pm – 7:00 pm. Call for details.

Harvest House

Distributes up to 50 pounds of fresh fruit, vegetables, meat, and dry goods to the Sarasota community on Thursdays. Call for hours.

New Life Worship Center of Sarasota

Offers a food pantry Wednesdays from 5:00 p.m. -6:00 p.m. Call for details.

Remnant Church

Offers homeless outreach. The Café is open 4 days a week and offers coffee, meals, hot showers, and clean clothes. Call for hours of operation.

Restoration Fellowship Church

Serves lunch Fridays 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m

Resurrection House

Offers breakfast and lunch on weekdays. Call for hours.

St. Jude’s Catholic Church

Provides food to those in need Fridays from 8:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m.

St. Thomas More Catholic Church

The food pantry opens every Wednesday from 11:00 am -1:00 pm and again from 5:00 pm -7:00 pm.

St. Wilfred Episcopal Church

Food pantry on Friday from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm.

Touchpoint Community Church

Provides a food pantry on Thursdays from noon-2:00 pm. Call for details.

TruVine Missionary Baptist Church

Provides food to those in need on the 4th Saturday of the month from 9:00 am -11:00 am.

Christ Episcopal Church – The Lord’s Pantry

Distributes food, meals, clothing, and more to Manatee families facing an emergency. Households may access the pantry once a month. Hours are Thursdays 2:00 pm -4:00 pm.

First Baptist Church of Bradenton – Harvest Food Pantry

The program provides breakfast for homeless individuals from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 a.m. Households may access the pantry once a month. Hours are the second Monday of the month, 9:00 am – 10:30 am.

First United Methodist Church

Food pantry Tuesdays 9:00 am to 11:00 am.

Hunger Ends Food Pantry and Blessing Closet

The food pantry is open on the 2nd and 4th Wednesday, 10:00 am - 12:00 pm.

Oneco United Methodist Church

Households may access the pantry three times per year. Hours are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday, 9:00 am -12:00 noon.

Parrish United Methodist Church

Hot meals for the homeless, summer snacks for children, and Meals on Wheels are offered.

St. George’s Episcopal Church

Provides emergency food and nutrition assistance.

St. Joseph Catholic Church

Provides food to those in need. Hours are Monday-Friday 9:00 am -12:00 noon and Wednesday 5:00 pm -7:00 pm. They also offer limited financial assistance with electric and water bills, but not deposits.

Shining Light Church of God

Food pantry on the 2nd and 4th Wednesdays 9:00 am to 12:00 pm.

Turning Points Our Daily Bread

Most clients are homeless or families living in poverty in Manatee County. Our Daily Bread located at Turning Points offers a soup kitchen daily from10:00 am – 11:30 am and provides a food pantry on Mondays and Fridays from 8:30 am – 11:00 am. Clients are allowed to shop at the food pantry once a month.

Center of Hope Neighborhood Church

One-stop center for the homeless.  Hand out bags of groceries to those in need. It also provides pet food. Walk in to apply. Social Service hours are Tues. – Fridays 8:00 a.m.- 11:00 a.m.

Face of Hope Foundation

Offers a food pantry once a month.

Fly Away unto the Lord International Ministries

Provides food to those in need.

Gulf Coast Assembly of God

A food bank and soup kitchen are on site. Christmas meals and more are offered in addition to groceries and vouchers for the food pantry.  

Saint Nathaniel’s Episcopal Church

Provides food to those in need.

Salvation Army

The food pantry is available to households below 150% of the Federal Poverty Level that receive food stamps, SSI, or Medicaid. Walk-ins welcome.

South County Food Pantry

Provides packaged and canned goods and other items. Call ahead for hours.

Trinity Presbyterian Church- Community Assistance Ministry

Provides food for individuals or families living in Osprey, Laurel, Nokomis, Venice, and South Venice, which may include canned goods and fresh fruit, vegetables, and frozen or refrigerated items. Call to fill out an intake form. They also offer hot meals (soup kitchen) to residents in need. Walk-ins. accepted. Hours are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday from 10:30 am – 2:00 pm.

Provides food to those in need.
