Agency for Persons with Disabilities - Suncoast Region

Program manages the application process and waitlist for Medicaid Waiver. Once approved, services include adult day training, behavioral analysis, medical supplies and equipment, and respite care.

 Community Care for Disabled Adults Program provides in-home services for permanently disabled adults ages 18-59 who need assistance to remain in their homes. Agency for Persons with Disabilities Program supports persons with developmental disabilities in living, learning, and working in their community.

Guardianship Program Service for Elderly and Disabled Adults

Transportation for the Disabled

Transportation is mandated by the Americans with Disabilities Act for the medically disabled. Riders are screened for eligibility and certification by filling out the application online.
